高空低压模拟试验箱是将测试样品在11.6kPa(1.68psi)的负压下进行真空低压（高海拔）模拟试验。

1、内尺寸：700（宽）×700（深）×700（高）mm
2、外尺寸约：1200（宽）×1150（深）×1780（高）mm；以实物为准；
3、控制面板：控制面板位于机台下部；
4、开门方式：单门由右至左开启；
5、隔层：内分三层，配隔层板三块；
6、可视窗：门上带可视窗，规格350*350mm；
7、密封材料为：耐高温硅胶条；
8、箱体结构为：上部分为产品室，下部分为电控箱及真空泵安装；
9、真空泵安装方式：真空泵安装于机台下部；
10、内箱材料采用：耐高温SUS304#不锈钢工业板，钢板厚5.0mm，加强处理抽真空不变形；
11、外箱采用：厚1.2mm冷轧钢板,钢板外表双面烤漆处理（米白色）；
12、保温材质：采用纤维岩棉，保温性能好，厚度100mm；
13、设备使用环境：工作环境温度5至25℃，工作环境湿度35%至75%；
14、机台底部安装活动脚轮及可调固定脚杯.

1、温度控制器为数显仪表（台湾台松仪表），单点式控温，可自动演算，PV/SV同时显示，按键设定；
2、定时功能：0-9999时/分/秒，温到计时，时间到停止加热，同时报警提示；
3、感温线为（K）型；
4、输出为3-32V；
5、电流控制器为：SSR固态继电器；
6、加热方式：采用三面加热的热辐射；（内箱壁左、右、底三面）
7、加热元件为：不锈钢耐高温加热管；
8、温度范围：常温+15 ~ 150℃可调；
9、仪表控制精度：±0.5℃；
10、仪表精度显示: 0.1℃；
11、箱内温度偏差：±6℃.（无真空下测试).
密封及真空显示：
1、本机采用高密度性的硅胶密封条进行门口处密封，整机的密封性能好；
2、采用松下数显式真空表来显示箱体内的真空度；
负压显示压力表 真空泵图
3、真空感应器为：气压自动感应；
4、真空度范围： 0.0KPa至-100.0KPa；
5、真空保压泄漏率：约1.0KPa每小时；
6、真空控制方式为：自动控制，达到上限设定值停止，低于下限启动，以此循环工作来保持*佳低压状态；
7、压力显示方式：为相对显示，如需测试真空度为70.0KPa时，采用标准气压101.3KPa-70.0KPa=31.3KPa，真空表上设定为-31.3KPa，设定的数据为抽走的压力，其它参数相同计算进行设定；
8、真空泵配置：XD-20真空泵一台，电压220V，功率0.9KW；
9、真空泵排气装置，需排气到室外（贵公司自行处理）.
1、超温保护系统：独立超温保护装置，超过超温保护设定温度时，自动停止加热供电，从而保护产品及机器的
安全；
2、电路保护系统：相序保护、接地保护、过载保护、断路开关等.
